No Cash Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds to your original payment method.

Once a deposit is made to your MSP Panel account, it cannot be reversed.

Your account balance can only be used for orders on MSP Panel.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they are placed.

If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your MSP Panel account.

Orders for misplaced or private accounts do not qualify for refunds. Please verify all details before placing an order.

Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

Filing a dispute or chargeback may result in:

Termination of future orders

Banning from our site

Removal of services delivered to your or your clients' social media accounts

Fraudulent Activity

Using unauthorized or stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

Service Limitations

Please do not use multiple servers simultaneously for the same social media page.

We cannot guarantee accurate follower/like counts in such cases and will not refund these orders.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm all order details before placement.

We recommend double-checking account names, URLs, and service types to avoid any issues.

By using MSP Panel's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
