Payment options at a glance

Everything works through a wallet. You add funds once, the balance is credited automatically, and then you spend it on orders from the Services page. Deposited balance must be used on orders, as explained in our refund policy.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay

UPI is the most popular way to pay at MSP Panel. You can use Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any other UPI app, either by scanning a QR or approving a collect request.

• UPI gateways: deposits can start from ₹50.
• BharatPe QR: scan the QR with any UPI app.
• PhonePe: pay directly through PhonePe.
• Paytm: available through PayU and other gateways.

UPI payments are credited to your wallet automatically, so you can place your order within minutes.

Cards, net banking and international gateways

If you prefer a card or net banking, several gateways are connected. Which one appears at checkout can depend on the amount and your location.

Payments are processed by the gateway, not typed into MSP Panel pages. Never share card details in tickets or chat.

Crypto and international payment methods

Users outside India, and crypto holders in India, can pay with these methods.

Always double-check the network and amount before sending crypto, as blockchain payments cannot be reversed.

Deposit bonuses on selected payment methods

Some payment methods carry a deposit bonus. A bonus is extra balance added to your wallet. It is offered on selected methods only, and terms may change, so check the Add Funds page at the time of payment.

For example, a 2% bonus on a ₹1,000 UPI deposit would add about ₹20 to your wallet. Read how this lowers your effective rate on the pricing page.

How to add funds with UPI, step by step

1. Create an account or sign in.
2. Open the Add Funds page from the dashboard.
3. Select a UPI option and enter the amount, from ₹50 on UPI gateways.
4. Pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app.
5. Wait for the automatic credit to your wallet, then place your order.

Which payment method should you choose?

All methods fill the same wallet, so the choice comes down to convenience, bonus and where you live.

Payment safety tips

• Use only the checkout opened from your MSP Panel dashboard.
• Match the amount you type with the amount in your UPI app.
• Keep the transaction ID or a screenshot until the balance appears.
• Do not share your UPI PIN, card PIN or OTP with anyone, including in tickets or chats.
• Do not make two payments for the same top-up while one is still pending.

Failed debits are handled by your bank or app under their own rules. If money left your account and the wallet was not credited, contact support with the details. You can read more on the Contact page.
