Refund rules in short
MSP Panel is an SMM panel in India that runs on a prepaid wallet. You add funds, then spend them on orders. This page explains the refund and cancellation rules from our Terms in simple words. The Terms remain the full and final text, so read them if you want exact wording.

Deposits and wallet balance
Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. Funds are credited to your wallet and are meant to be used on orders. Because of this, add an amount that you are comfortable spending. If you are new, a small UPI deposit (UPI gateways start from ₹50) is a sensible way to begin.

Orders and cancellation
After you place an order, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. This is why the order page asks you to confirm details. Please confirm the link, the quantity and the service before you click submit.
The dashboard has a Cancel request page, but a request there does not override the Terms. Treat every order as final once it is placed.
When an order cannot be delivered
Sometimes an order cannot be delivered, for example when a service is unavailable. In that case the Terms provide refund credit to your MSP Panel balance, not to your bank or UPI app. You can then use that credit on any other service.
Orders that were misplaced, for example a wrong link, or placed on a private account, do not qualify. MSP Panel works only on public links.
How to avoid problems before you order
- Paste the right link. Open it in a browser first to confirm it is public and correct.
- Read the service name and Details. Check minimum, maximum, refill tag and average time.
- Use only one server at a time on the same page. Running two services together makes counts wrong, and such counts are not refunded.
- Start small. Test with a low-priced service as described in our free trial guide.
- Never share passwords. MSP Panel never needs them.
- Avoid chargebacks. Contact support first. A dispute can lead to account termination.
Where to get help with an order
If something looks wrong with an order, open a ticket after signing in, or write to orders@msp-panel.com with the order ID. WhatsApp support (+79096056257) runs Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 10 PM IST, in English and Hindi.

Here is the whole policy in one line: add what you will use, check every order, and talk to support early. Most problems come from a wrong link, a private account or two services running on one page, and all three are easy to avoid. If you are a reseller using the API or a child panel, apply the same checks in your own order flow, since the same rules apply to orders that arrive through the API. Reading the Terms once before your first deposit is a good habit for any online service, and it takes only a few minutes.
Refund, refill and cancellation: what is the difference?
People often mix these three terms. They are different things at MSP Panel.

Checklist before you press confirm
- Is the link public and typed correctly?
- Is it the right service for the right platform and the right post?
- Is the quantity within the minimum and maximum?
- Do you already have another order running on the same page?
- Is your wallet amount an amount you are comfortable using?
If all five answers are yes, go ahead. The policy is strict by design: services are delivered quickly, often within minutes, so a placed order cannot be reversed. Can I get a refund to my UPI or bank account?
No. According to the Terms, MSP Panel does not make refunds to the original payment method, and a completed deposit cannot be reversed. Your deposited balance is meant to be used on orders. If you are unsure about anything, ask support before you order.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
No. The Terms state that orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once they are placed. Check the link, quantity and service carefully before confirming each order. If you are unsure, start with a small quantity so that any mistake costs very little.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

Do wrong-link or private-account orders get a refund?
No. Misplaced orders and orders on private accounts do not qualify for a refund. Make sure your link is public and correct, and open it in a browser before ordering. It takes only a few seconds and saves trouble later.
What if followers drop after delivery?
That is a refill matter, not a refund. If your service carried a refill tag, request a refill from the dashboard Refill page within the stated period. Services without a refill tag are not covered.
