What refill means
Social media counts can fall after delivery. Followers may unfollow, and likes or members may drop. A refill is a top-up that restores the lost units on an eligible order during the refill period.
MSP Panel is an SMM panel in India with refill-backed services across Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook and more. But refill is a feature of a particular listing, not a blanket promise for every service. The honest rule is simple: if the service name shows a refill period, it is covered for that period. If it does not, it is not.
Refill tags and periods you will see
About 248 service listings in the catalogue mention refill. The period is written in the service name, for example a 30-day refill tag. These periods appear in the current list:
| Tag in service name | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 7, 15 or 20 days | Short cover, usually on lower-priced listings |
| 30 days | The most common tag, for example on Telegram members and Facebook page followers |
| 45 or 60 days | Medium cover |
| 90 or 180 days | Long cover for people who want stability |
| 365 days | Longest cover seen in the catalogue |
| No refill / no tag | No refill cover; the lowest-priced option |
Longer cover usually costs more. For example, Telegram members start from ₹13.96 per 1,000 with no refill and from about ₹27.76 with a 30-day refill. See more rates on the pricing page.
What non-drop and HQ tags mean
About 50 listings are tagged non-drop, and about 92 carry an HQ tag. A non-drop tag signals that the listing is built to hold its count better than a standard one. An HQ tag points to a higher-quality tier.
These tags describe the listing, but they are not a guarantee of permanent delivery. Platforms update their systems, and no panel can promise that counts will never change. Always open the Details button on the service and read the exact wording before you order.
How to request a refill from the dashboard
- Sign in and open the Refill page from the dashboard menu.
- Enter the order ID of the eligible order.
- Submit the request and wait for the status to update.
- If the status does not change, open a ticket with the order ID.
Developers and resellers can do the same through the API, which has actions to create a refill and check refill status. If you resell through a child panel, your own customers' refill requests run through the same system.
What refill does not cover
- Services with no refill tag in the name.
- Orders placed on a private or wrongly typed link.
- Orders where more than one server was used at the same time for the same page, since counts will be wrong.
- Requests after the refill period named in the service has ended.
Refill is not a refund. If you want to understand cancellations and balance credit, read our refund policy.
Tips to get the most from refill
- Choose a refill-labelled listing for followers, subscribers and members, where drops are most noticeable.
- Note the date of delivery and set a reminder before the refill period ends.
- Keep the profile public while the order runs and during the refill window.
- Do not stack two services on the same page at once.
- Use drip-feed for gradual delivery, which looks more natural.

Refill versus price: how to choose
Refill-backed listings cost more, but they may suit you better where a drop would hurt. Here are real examples of that price gap from the live list.
| Service | Without refill (from) | With refill (from) |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram members | ₹13.96 per 1,000 | About ₹27.76 per 1,000 (30-day) |
| YouTube subscribers | ₹74.07 per 1,000 | About ₹1,777 per 1,000 (30-day) |
| Instagram likes | ₹8.55 per 1,000 | About ₹10.18 per 1,000 (refill or non-drop tags) |
| Instagram followers | ₹119 per 1,000 (lowest-priced listing) | About ₹211 per 1,000 (typical stable listings) |
The gap is small for likes and large for YouTube subscribers. A sensible way to decide: ask how bad it would be if the count dropped. For a Telegram channel you are about to promote, 30-day cover for about double the rate may be worth it. For cheap views, which are one-time boosts, refill matters much less, and most view listings do not carry it.
A quick decision guide
- Views, shares, story views: refill is rarely needed.
- Likes: optional, as the price difference is small.
- Followers, subscribers, members: refill is worth a look.
- Long campaigns: choose a longer refill tag, such as 90 or 180 days.
Remember that all rates are "from" prices, and the exact refill wording sits in each service's Details. Not sure where to start? Our Instagram followers guide shows how to compare listings.
Refill button, 30-day and 365-day refill windows
Refill-backed services show their window in the service name, for example 30 days, 60 days or 365 days. If a count drops inside the window, request a refill from the Refill page in your dashboard, and a refill replaces dropped followers or likes. Services without a refill label are not covered, so read the name and Details before you order.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do all services on MSP Panel have refill?
No. About 248 listings mention refill, and others do not. Refill applies only to services whose name or description says so. Always read the service name and Details button before ordering, and pick a refill-labelled option if you want that cover.
How long is the refill period?
It depends on the service. Periods seen in service names are 7, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days. The period is counted for that specific listing, so check the name before you buy.
How do I ask for a refill?
Sign in, open the Refill page in your dashboard, and enter the order ID. You can also use the API refill action. If the request does not move, raise a ticket with the order ID and the support team will check it.
What does non-drop mean?
Non-drop is a tag on about 50 listings that indicates the service is designed to hold its count better. It is a listing description, not a lifetime promise. Platform changes can still affect counts, so read the Details text.
Is a refill the same as a refund?
No. A refill restores units on an eligible order. A refund is a separate matter covered by the Terms, where non-deliverable orders receive credit to the MSP Panel balance. See the refund policy page for the plain-language version.
