A
API: Application programming interface. It lets your website or script place orders, check status and read the service list automatically. MSP Panel offers SMM API v2 over HTTP POST with JSON responses.
Auto-orders: Also called subscriptions in the dashboard. You set a profile and a quantity, and new orders are placed automatically for each new post, so you do not have to order by hand every time.
Average time: The typical completion time shown on each service row, such as 31 minutes, 37 minutes or 3 hours. It is based on recent orders and is a guide, not a promise for your next order.
B
Balance: The money available in your panel wallet. Orders are paid from it, and you can check it in the dashboard or with the balance action of the API.
C
Cancel request: A request page in the dashboard for cancelling an order. Under the MSP Panel Terms, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after they are placed, so always confirm before ordering.
Child panel: Your own branded panel on your own domain and with your own prices, connected to a main panel through the API. See the child panel page for how it works.
Combo package: A service that bundles more than one action, such as likes plus views, in a single order. Read the Details to see exactly what is included and how it is delivered.
Custom comments: Comments written by you and delivered on your post, one line per comment. They suit brands that want relevant, on-topic replies. See Instagram custom comments.
Glossary 2027: terms D to H
D
Deposit bonus: Extra balance added on selected payment methods, such as about 2% on many UPI deposits. Bonuses apply to selected methods only and terms may change.
Details: The button on each service row that opens the full description, including start time, speed, refill terms and notes. It is the most reliable place to understand a service before you order.
Drip-feed: A way to split one order into several runs at fixed gaps, so growth looks gradual. You set quantity, runs and interval. Read the drip-feed guide for examples.
Drop: The share of delivered units that fall off after an order completes. A lower drop is better, though no panel can promise zero drop on every service.
E
Engagement: Actions people take on your content, such as likes, comments, shares, saves and views. Strong engagement is usually the sign that your content is useful to your audience.
F
Followers: People who subscribe to see an account's posts. Follower services are priced per 1,000 and need a public profile link rather than a password.
Funds: Money you add to your panel wallet through a payment method such as UPI, Razorpay or crypto. A completed deposit cannot be reversed and must be used on orders.
H
HQ: Short for high quality. It is a label in service names, and about 92 MSP Panel listings carry it. Read the Details to see what the tag means for that service.
I
Interval: The gap between runs in a drip-feed order, usually in minutes. A longer interval spreads delivery over more time.
Glossary 2027: terms L to M
L
Link: The public URL of the post, profile, channel or video you want to promote. Use the right link type for the service. A wrong or private link does not qualify for refund credit.
LQ: Short for low quality. It describes budget listings, with lower prices and fewer protections such as refill. Use them for tests or short-term needs, and read the Details.
M
Mass order: A page in the dashboard where you paste many orders at once, one per line. It saves time for resellers and agencies placing orders for many links.
Max: The largest quantity you can order on a service in one go. If you need more, split the order into several or use drip-feed runs within the limit.
Min: The smallest quantity allowed for a service. Orders below the minimum are rejected, so check it before you place your order.
MQ: Short for medium quality. It sits between budget and HQ listings in price and positioning. As with all tags, the Details text explains the exact terms.
Glossary 2027: terms N to Q
N
Non-drop: A tag for listings positioned to hold their count after delivery. About 50 MSP Panel services are tagged non-drop, and many include a refill window. Always read the Details.
O
Order ID: The unique number given to each order. Save it, because you need it to check status, request a refill or contact support about an order.
P
Panel: Short for SMM panel, an online platform where you buy social media marketing services using a public link. Our guide on what an SMM panel is explains the basics.
Q
Quantity: The number of units you want in an order, such as 1,000 views. It must sit between the service minimum and maximum.
Glossary 2027: terms starting with R
R
Rate per 1,000: The price for 1,000 units of a service, shown in rupees on MSP Panel. Prices are "from" prices, and live rates are on the Services page.
Refill: A top-up for eligible drops during the refill window stated in the service. Periods in MSP Panel service names include 7, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days. See the refill policy.
Refund credit: Balance returned to your MSP Panel wallet if an order is non-deliverable. Under the Terms, refunds are not made to the original payment method.
Reseller: Someone who buys services from a panel and sells them to their own customers at their own prices. Margins depend on the prices you set. Read about the reseller panel.
Retention: How well delivered units stay in place over time. Good retention means the count holds, and it is the idea behind non-drop and refill tags.
Runs: The number of times a drip-feed order repeats. Total quantity equals quantity per run multiplied by the number of runs.
Glossary 2027: terms S to W
S
Service ID: The number that identifies a service in the list. You use it when you order through the API, so keep it with your notes for services that worked well.
Speed: How many units a service delivers per day. Large orders run at the daily speed shown on the service, and a gradual speed often looks more natural.
Start count: The number your post or profile showed when the order began, such as 3,572 followers. It helps you measure what has been delivered.
Start time: How long a service takes to begin after you place the order. Most MSP Panel services start within 0 to 5 minutes, and each listing has its own details.
Status: The current state of an order, such as in progress or completed. You can see it in the orders page or fetch it with the status action of the API.
T
Ticket: A support request raised from your dashboard after sign-in. Include your order ID so the team can help faster, in English or Hindi.
W
Wallet: The in-panel account that holds your balance. Funds added by UPI, cards or crypto land in your wallet automatically, and orders are charged from it.
That completes the list. Bookmark this page, and when you meet a new term in a service name, check it here or in the Details of the service. Ready to put the terms to use? Browse the Services page or create a free account and place a small test order.
