SMM Panel Service Status: Order Tracking, Start Time and Stuck Orders
To check MSP Panel service status, open your Orders page for live order status, read the average time shown on each service, and look at the Updates feed for service changes. Most services start within 0 to 5 minutes of payment, and a stuck order can be raised through a support ticket.

How to check your order status
- Log in and open Orders.
- Find your order by ID or link.
- Read the status: Pending, In progress, Completed, Partial or Canceled.
If you use the API, the status action returns the same information.
Start time and average time
Most services start within 0 to 5 minutes, but each listing differs. The Services page shows an average completion time for each service, and the Details button explains speed and refill. Large orders and drip-feed orders take longer by design.
What to do with a stuck order
- Check that the link is public and correct.
- Wait for the average time shown on the service.
- Do not place the same order again while it is still pending.
- If it still has not moved, open a ticket with the order ID. See the contact page.
Orders that cannot be delivered are credited back to your MSP balance under the refund policy.
Service updates
Changes to services are published in the Updates feed inside the dashboard, and site changes are logged on the updates page.
